10 years and still growing strong…

Celebrating our 10th year serving new and returning guests at the Inn has been an incredible journey. We would like to pass along an exceptional breakfast dish that has proven to be a guest favorite over and over again. This dish was passed down to us by Canadian friends – we call it “Puff Chan”. Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees 1 1/2 Cups of Milk ½ Cup of Sugar ¾ Cup of Flour ¼ Tsp of Salt 3 Eggs ¼ Cup of Butter for the pan Place the butter in a pan and put in a 400 degree oven. Place flour in mixing bowl. Add and beat the eggs, milk, sugar and salt until smooth. When the butter melts and starts to bubble, pour the mixture into the pan. Return to oven and bake for 25 – 30 minutes. Cover the last 10 minutes with aluminum foil to prevent burning around the edges. Serve hot, put brown sugar, sour cream and your favorite fruit (strawberries and blueberries work exceptionally well) on top of the puff and enjoy. Enjoy!
